SAGES. PORTRAITS

Talking about Women in Art means looking at the few extraordinary Women Artists who have become famous, but above all it means evoking the many wonderful creative presences who have taken turns behind the scenes of the collective scene. It means following Tutte's painful struggle to be themselves and express their talents in a world still male-dominated. It also means talking about the inner drama that often accompanies the extreme sensitivity their talents feed on. The hope is that all of this may open the doors wider for all Women Artists who forcefully try to enter.
